How we run it.

We run all of our operations with Swiss discipline. We keep leverage low or at zero, so a softer price environment costs us cash flow but lets us buy while others have to sell. We focus on conventional fields, secondary recovery and enhanced oil recovery, because the reservoirs are known and the declines are shallow.
